Off work or on duty during the public holidays?
Tip: prepare the voice prompts for the public holidays and King’s Day in April now.
Does your organisation keep different opening hours during the public holidays? Or is your company closed altogether? If so, set an adjusted voice prompt on your PBX for the (potential) customers and business contacts who call you.
Have you also thought about forwarding numbers on those days, where that applies?
The public holidays between now and the summer are:
- Good Friday on 18 April
- Easter, 20 and 21 April
- King’s Day (celebrated this year on Saturday 26 April)
- Ascension Day on Thursday 29 May
- Whitsun, 8 and 9 May
In your PBX you can set straight away when the usual daily voice prompt applies again.
